Royal Air Force Stations

Sadly some of our major RAF stations have closed but have left behind fond memories of years gone by and some fine aircraft operating from them. With the remaining operational bases spread across the country, such as Lossiemouth in Scotland. Leeming in North Yorkshire. Cranwell and Waddington in Lincolnshire. Marham in Norfolk, Brize Norton in Oxfordshire and Valley in Wales. This about covers the RAF active stations apart from odd bases with training aircraft stationed at them.
