The Jaguar

The Jaguar, built in a partnership with Great Britain and France, was also used by several overseas air forces.

The RAF was a large operator, not only having Jaguars based here in the UK, also based them in Germany and detached them to other countries.

The main Jaguar base was RAF Coltishall for many years, bur aircraft were also based at RAF Lossiemouth and finally at RAF Coningsby.

Jaguars were also used in an engineering capacity at RAF Cranwell, and to this day are still used at Cosford for training.
