The C130 Hercules was the workhorse of the RAF for over fifty years, based at RAF Lynham and then RAF Brize Norton

Coming into service with the RAF in 1968 the Hercules was suited to many tasks, including troop transport, vehicle and equipment transportation, parachute drops and even air to air refueling in the Falkland Islands.
